Manage ITP templates for a package

Assign and review Inspection Test Plan (ITP) templates for a package based on its RAMS and ITP roll-up status.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the RAMS & ITP tab for your package​

Navigate to the package details area and open the RAMS & ITP tab to view inspection coverage and related templates.

Step 2: Review current ITP roll-up summary​

Check the roll-up figures for components and items, including how many have ITPs, completion percentage, and any open hold points.

Step 3: Open the ITP template picker​

Use the template picker control to see available ITP templates that can be assigned to this package.

Step 4: Select an ITP template​

Choose the most appropriate ITP template for the package, such as a concrete pour ITP, ready for assignment.

Step 5: Assign the selected ITP template​

Confirm the assignment so the selected ITP template is linked to the package and inspection tracking is updated.

Step 6: Confirm assignment feedback​

Check the on-screen confirmation message to ensure the ITP template has been successfully assigned, or review any error message if the assignment fails.
