Review supplementary metadata about a workspace item when the standard configuration is unavailable, without exposing internal technical identifiers.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the workspace item​

Navigate to the workspace and select the relevant item to open its detail view in the application.

Step 2: Locate the "Additional Details" section​

Scroll down the item detail page until you see the "Additional Details" card, which appears when the usual lifecycle configuration is unavailable.

Step 3: Review human-friendly metadata fields​

Read the automatically formatted metadata values shown as clear, human-readable labels rather than technical field names.

Step 4: Confirm sensitive technical IDs are hidden​

Check that internal programme task identifiers and other hidden metadata fields are not displayed, ensuring only genuine business-relevant metadata is visible.
