View impact metadata as labelled chips
Use coloured chips to quickly read the impact values recorded on an item, with clear labels instead of raw codes.

Steps
Step 1: Open the item with impact metadata
Navigate to the relevant record (such as an RFI, issue, or workflow item) and open its details so you can see the metadata panel.
Step 2: Locate the impact field
In the metadata or details section, find the Impact field, which shows one or more selected values.
Step 3: Read the impact values as labelled chips
Review the Impact chips, each showing a clear label (for example Schedule, Cost, Quality, or Safety) for every selected impact value.
Step 4: Understand legacy single impact values
If the Impact field was previously stored as a single value, it still appears as one labelled chip so you can read it consistently with newer records.
Step 5: Recognise humanised unmapped values
When an older or unmatched impact value is present, it is automatically humanised into a readable label instead of showing a raw code or slug.
Step 6: Use chip colours as a visual cue
Use the colour accents on the chips as a quick visual cue (for example Safety uses a terracotta accent and other impacts use a deep indigo accent) while always relying on the text label for meaning.
