View an item's lifecycle stage

Understand an item's current lifecycle stage using the coloured stage chip indicator.

Steps​

Step 1: Locate the lifecycle stage chip​

In the workspace list, board or item detail view, find the small rounded pill showing the item's lifecycle stage beside its name or main details.

Step 2: Read the stage label​

Look at the text label inside the chip to see the current lifecycle stage, such as "Applied", "Interviewing" or a humanised fallback if no stage is configured.

Step 3: Use the icon and tone for quick scanning​

Use the chip's icon and tinted colour to quickly scan and compare stages across multiple items without relying on colour alone.
