Review an assessment criterion
Review the details of a single assessment criterion, including severity, finding, and scoring, in both the review dialog and full breakdown panel.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the assessment review dialog
Open the assessment you want to review and locate the review dialog showing the list of assessment criteria.

Step 2: Locate the relevant assessment criterion
In the list, find the criterion row, showing the criterion name such as "Emergency arrangements".

Step 3: Check severity and finding details
In the criterion row, review the severity label (for example "Critical") and the detailed finding text describing the issue.

Step 4: View scoring and weighting in the full breakdown panel
Open the full breakdown panel for the same assessment to see the identical criterion row with additional arithmetic, including deduction in points and weight.

Step 5: Understand how not applicable criteria are shown
For criteria that are not assessed, confirm they are clearly marked as "Not applicable" and that scoring details such as weight and points are hidden.

Step 6: Interpret criteria without severity
When a raised criterion has no severity set, use the verdict label such as "Fail" to understand the outcome for that item.

Step 7: Read long findings without resizing the dialog
Scroll within the dialog or panel to read long finding text, which automatically wraps without widening the interface.
