Filter workspace items by hire stage

Use the Hire stage filter to narrow workspace items to specific stages of the plant hire lifecycle.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the Hire stage filter​

In the workspace filter bar, select the "Hire stage" dropdown to see all available lifecycle stages such as Requested, Confirmed, On hire and Off hire.

Step 2: Apply one or more hire stages​

Click one or more stages in the list to add them to your active filters; items in the workspace will update to show only those matching the selected stages.

Step 3: Combine hire stage with other filters​

Use the Hire stage filter alongside other filters such as status; adding or changing hire stages will not reset your existing status selections.

Step 4: Review selected hire stages​

After choosing stages, check the filter bar for the "Hire stage" chip showing that the filter is active and which stages are currently applied.

Step 5: Remove hire stage filtering​

Clear the "Hire stage" chip or deselect all stages in the dropdown to remove the filter and view workspace items from all hire stages again.
