Manage ITP templates in the workspace

View, search, duplicate, publish and delete Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) templates for your project.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the ITP template list​

Navigate to your project workspace or ITP register, then open the Templates area to see the list of available ITP templates.

Step 2: Search for an ITP template​

Use the search box above the list to type part of a template name or keyword and filter the templates shown.

Step 3: Review template details and scope​

For each template, review its name, scope badge (System-wide, Organisation or Project), and status to confirm you are working with the correct template.

Step 4: Duplicate an existing template​

Open the actions menu for a template and select the option to duplicate it, creating a copy you can adjust without changing the original.

Step 5: Publish a template for use​

From the actions menu, choose the option to publish a template so it becomes available for use in your ITP register.

Step 6: Delete an unused template​

Select the delete option from the actions menu, then confirm in the dialog to permanently remove a template you no longer need.

Step 7: Return to the ITP register or workspace​

Use the back button to return either to the ITP register or the project workspace, depending on where you opened the template list from.
