Manage an empty workspace view

Learn what to do when your unified workspace shows no items, including creating new work and clearing filters.

Steps​

Step 1: Review why your workspace is empty​

When the workspace shows no items, check the empty state message to understand whether it is caused by filters or because no work items exist yet.

If filters are hiding items, use the clear filters action in the empty state to reset the view and reveal all available work.

If there are no existing items, select the primary action in the empty state to start creating a new item in the workspace.

If lifecycle assist tiles are shown, choose an agent assist option from the grid to get guided help tailored to the current stage of your work.
