Manage package completion and create handover
Use the package detail tabs to review package information, check completion status, and create a handover once everything is complete.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the package detail view
From your workspace or project view, select the relevant package to open its detail pane with tabs for overview, components, and completion information.

Step 2: Review package overview information
In the Overview tab, check key package details such as title, tags, status, assigned user, and important dates to confirm you are working on the correct package.

Step 3: Check component list and completion status
Open the Components tab to see the list of components in the package and review the completion bar and statistics to understand overall progress.

Step 4: Recalculate package completion
If components have recently changed, select the Recalculate option to update the completion percentage; a loading indicator shows while the system refreshes the stats.

Step 5: Confirm package is ready for handover
Ensure the completion bar shows 100% and all required components and details are in place before proceeding to create a handover.

Step 6: Start creating a handover
Use the Create handover action in the package detail area to open the handover dialog, where you can define how this completed package will be handed over.

Step 7: Enter an optional handover title
In the handover dialog, enter a clear, descriptive title for the handover, or leave it blank to let the system use a default title based on the package.

Step 8: Confirm and create the handover
Confirm the creation action; the system processes your request, shows a loading state, and then confirms that a new handover has been created from the package.

Step 9: Review handover creation feedback
After creation, review any success message or reference ID for the new handover, or check for error messages if the creation failed and adjust as needed.
