Scroll down the page to read each checklist item and confirm that the content remains readable without needing to scroll sideways.

Step 4: View per-item actions stacked under the item content​

For each checklist item, look below the item description to find the available actions, such as pass, fail, or view record, stacked vertically on mobile.

Step 5: Check the completion and defect summary row​

At the bottom of the checklist, review the completion and defect summary row and confirm that its actions wrap neatly to fit the narrow screen.
