Manage inbound handover submissions
Review, approve, reject or request changes to inbound handover documentation submitted by your supply chain.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Inbound Submissions tab
Navigate to the handover workspace and open the Inbound Submissions tab to see all items that are missing or have been submitted by suppliers.

Step 2: Review submitted documentation
Find the relevant handover item, expand its row to see submitted files, and check details such as file name, upload time and submitter information.

Step 3: Accept a submitted item
When the documentation is complete and correct, use the accept action on the submitted item to mark it as approved for handover.

Step 4: Reject a submitted item
If the documentation is unsuitable, use the reject action to decline the submission so the supplier knows it has not been accepted.

Step 5: Request a resubmission with changes
Where corrections are needed, use the request resubmission option and add review comments explaining what must be updated before the next submission.

Step 6: Promote an approved file to the handover set
For accepted items, promote the selected file so it becomes part of the official handover documentation set for the project.

Step 7: Refresh the inbound submissions list
Use the refresh control to retrieve the latest inbound submissions and status updates without leaving the tab.
