Configure advanced filters in your workspace
Use advanced filters to refine workspace items by category, status, priority and due date to focus on the most relevant work.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the advanced filters panel
Select the advanced filters option in your workspace toolbar to open the filters panel. The panel appears as a dropdown overlay on the current workspace view.

Step 2: Filter by item category
In the Categories section, select one or more item types such as tasks, meetings, milestones or RFIs. The list of workspace items updates to show only the chosen categories.

Step 3: Filter by status
In the Status section, choose the lifecycle states you want to see, for example draft, in progress, for review or completed. Items with other statuses are hidden from the current view.

Step 4: Filter by priority
In the Priority section, tick one or more priority levels such as low, medium, high or urgent. The workspace shows only items that match the selected priorities.

Step 5: Set a due date range
Use the Due from and Due to fields to enter a date range. Only items with due dates falling within this range remain visible in the workspace.

Step 6: Review filtered workspace stats
Check the workspace statistics area to see counts and summaries that now reflect only the items included by your active advanced filters.

Step 7: Close or clear advanced filters
Click outside the dropdown to close the advanced filters panel, or use the clear filters control in the panel to remove all selections and return to the full, unfiltered view.
