Use advanced filters to refine workspace items
Use advanced filters to narrow down workspace items by category, status, priority and due date range.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the advanced filters panel
Select the advanced filters option in your workspace view to open the filters panel; it will appear as a dropdown or side panel with multiple filtering options.

Step 2: Filter items by category
In the Categories section, choose one or more item types such as tasks, meetings, milestones or RFIs so that only items from those categories are shown in your workspace list.

Step 3: Filter items by status
In the Status section, tick the statuses you want to include, such as in progress, blocked or completed, to focus on items at specific stages.

Step 4: Filter items by priority
In the Priority section, select one or more priority levels, for example high or urgent, so that only items with those priorities are displayed.

Step 5: Set a due date range
Use the From and To date fields in the Due date section to define a date range; only items with due dates inside this range will be shown.

Step 6: Review matching items and stats
Check the updated workspace list and any visible statistics to see how many items match your selected filters and whether you need to adjust them further.

Step 7: Clear all advanced filters
Use the Clear filters option in the panel to remove all selected categories, statuses, priorities and dates, returning the workspace list to its unfiltered state.

Step 8: Close the advanced filters panel
Close the panel by selecting the close icon or clicking anywhere outside the panel area; your current filter choices are applied until you change or clear them.
