Review inspection and test plan status

Use the ITP Status card on a workspace item to review inspection progress, item outcomes, and upcoming inspections at a glance.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the workspace item with an inspection and test plan​

Navigate to the relevant workspace item and open its details panel so you can see the embedded ITP Status card in the additional details area.

Step 2: Review overall inspection progress​

Check the progress indicator on the ITP Status card to see the overall completion percentage and how many checklist items have been completed out of the total.

Step 3: Check pass, fail, and pending item counts​

Use the per-status counts on the card to understand how many items have passed, failed, or remain pending within the inspection and test plan.

Step 4: Scan the item checklist and status badges​

Scroll through the listed inspection items and review the status badges and icons for each item to quickly identify any actions or issues.

Step 5: Confirm current hold point and next inspection​

Look at the hold point and next inspection section on the card to see which hold point is active and when the next inspection is scheduled.

Step 6: Open the full inspection and test plan record​

Select the action on the ITP Status card to open the full inspection and test plan record for detailed workflow, history, and any required follow-up.
