View package procurement information

Review how a construction package is linked to procurement references so you can confirm purchasing details.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the package procurement tab​

Navigate to the relevant package (for example "Steel Frame") and open the Procurement tab to see its procurement details.

Step 2: Check for linked procurement records​

Review the procurement section to see whether any procurement records are linked to the package or if an empty message such as "No procurement linked yet" is shown.

Step 3: Review the procurement reference​

If no procurement records are linked, check the read-only procurement reference (for example "PO-1234") to confirm the free-text reference that is being used for this package.
