Steps​

Step 1: Open the ITP templates list for your project​

Navigate to your selected project and open the ITP templates section to view all available templates linked to that project.

Scan the table to see each template’s code, name, description, item count, hold point count and status, using the badges to understand scope and activity at a glance.

Step 3: Check template scope badges​

Look at the scope badge on each row to see whether the template is defined at app, organisation or project level, helping you choose the most appropriate template.

Step 4: Assess hold points and complexity​

Use the hold point badge and item counts to understand how many inspection steps and hold points each template contains before deciding which one to use.

Use the search input with its accessible label to filter the list by template code or name so you can quickly locate the template you need.
