Export package documents as a combined PDF

Export a tailored PDF package of documents, including selected sections and optional contents, exclusions and bookmarks.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the package export dialog

From your package view, select the option to export documents; the Package export dialog opens showing the package title and reference.

Step 2: Choose the sections to include

Use the section list or multi-select control to choose which parts of the package to include in the export, such as RAMS, ITPs or other document groups.

Step 3: Configure extra options for the PDF

Select any additional options such as including a contents page, a skipped items page, PDF bookmarks, or expired RAMS, depending on what you want in the export.

Step 4: Review the export size estimate

Check the estimated number of pages and documents so you understand how large the exported PDF is likely to be before you proceed.

Step 5: Start the export

Submit the export form to generate the PDF; the system begins processing your request and shows the current export status.

Step 6: Monitor export progress

Watch the status indicators update as the export is generated, including any warnings for partial exports or failed sections.

Step 7: Download the completed export

When the export is complete, use the download button to save the generated PDF to your device.

Step 8: Access recent exports

Use the recent exports list in the dialog to quickly re-download a previously generated package without running a new export.
