View multi-select values as chips
View selected multi‑select metadata values as coloured chips that highlight key items such as safety.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a record with multi-select metadata
Navigate to a record or detail view that includes a multi-select metadata field, such as impact, so you can see its stored values.

Step 2: Locate the multi-select field on the page
Scroll to the relevant section and find the multi-select field; its selected values appear together in the same detail row or panel.

Step 3: Review the coloured chips for each selected value
Each selected value appears as a labelled chip; safety-related values are shown with a terracotta accent, while all other values use a deep indigo accent.

Step 4: Check legacy single selections
If the field was previously a single-select, any older single value still appears as a single chip so you can review historic data consistently.

Step 5: Understand when nothing is selected
When no values are selected, you may see a custom empty message or no chips at all, indicating that nothing has been chosen for this field.
