Filter, search and sort workspace items
Use the workspace filter bar to quickly narrow down items, switch presets, search by name and sort by urgency or due date.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Choose a workspace preset
Select a preset such as All Items, My Items or Due This Week from the preset dropdown to quickly apply a standard set of filters to your workspace list.

Step 2: Search for items by name or keyword
Enter a word or phrase into the search box to instantly filter the workspace list to items whose titles or details match your query.

Step 3: Apply handover direction filters
Use the handover direction filter control to focus on items moving into or out of your team, so you can review only relevant handover activities.

Step 4: Open advanced filters
Click the filters icon to open advanced filtering options and refine the list further by item category, status, priority or other available properties.

Step 5: Sort items by urgency, due date or name
Use the sort control to order items by urgency, earliest or latest due date, highest priority, A–Z or Z–A name order, or by last updated time.

Step 6: Toggle automated runs visibility
Use the automated runs toggle to show or hide items generated by automation, so you can focus either on automated workflows or on manually managed items.

Step 7: Clear all applied filters
Use the clear filters action to reset the search, presets and advanced filters, returning the workspace list to its default unfiltered view.
