Manage package details in the workspace

View and manage all key information for a package using the tabs in the package detail view.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the package detail view

Navigate to the relevant package in your workspace and open its detail page to see the package header, progress bar, and tabbed navigation.

Step 2: Review overall package progress

Check the package completion bar at the top of the page to understand current progress, key dates, and any indicators related to cost or status.

Step 3: Browse package components

Select the Components tab (with the boxes icon) to view the list of items included in the package, along with their current status.

Step 4: Manage the package programme

Open the Programme tab (with the calendar icon) to review the package programme, adjust dates where allowed, and use the programme picker to switch or update programme views.

Step 5: Review RAMS and ITP information

Use the RAMS & ITP tab (with the shield icon) to review any method statements, risk assessments, and inspection test plans linked to the package.

Step 6: Track procurement status

Select the Procurement tab (with the shopping cart icon) to monitor procurement activities, such as order statuses and related milestones for the package.

Step 7: Monitor quality and handover items

Open the Quality tab (with the clipboard icon) to review quality checks, handover readiness, and any related quality documentation for the package.

Step 8: Access linked documents

Scroll to the Linked documents section and use the document list to open any associated files; selecting a document navigates you directly to its detailed view.

Step 9: Refresh calculations and package data

Use the Recalculate or Refresh actions (with the circular arrow icon) when available to update completion statistics and ensure the package data reflects the latest changes.

Step 10: Create or review handover information

When enabled, use the handover controls within the relevant tab to initiate or review a package handover, ensuring all necessary information and documents are in place.
