Review inbound handover submissions
Review, accept, reject, or request resubmission for inbound handover items submitted by subcontractors.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the inbound submissions tab
Navigate to the handover record and open the Inbound submissions tab to see all required and optional items for this handover.

Step 2: Review submission status and details
For each item, check the status pill, read any submitter notes, and review the list of attached files with their upload dates and authors.

Step 3: Open and verify attached files
Click on each file attachment to open or download it, confirming that the content matches the requirements for that handover item.

Step 4: Accept a compliant submission
When an item meets your standards, choose the accept action to mark it as Accepted and update the completion statistics for the handover.

Step 5: Reject a submission with feedback
If an item clearly does not meet requirements, use the reject action and enter feedback in the prompt so the submitter understands why it was rejected.

Step 6: Request a resubmission with guidance
If changes are needed, select the request resubmission action and provide clear instructions in the prompt dialog to guide the next submission.

Step 7: Monitor handover completion status
Use the handover completion statistics to track how many required items have been accepted and identify what is still outstanding.
