Review the full details, status and related information for a single lifecycle item.

Steps​

Step 1: Open a lifecycle item​

Navigate to the lifecycle item detail view from your workspace or list to open the full item details panel.

Check the top section for the current stage, status chips, due date basis and any SLA indicators to understand where the item sits in the lifecycle.

Use the lifecycle timeline to see historic and upcoming milestones, including dates, responsible users and key events for the item.

Step 4: Check assessments and inspections​

Review RAMS and inspection-related assessment breakdowns, field scores and review decisions to understand risk and compliance for the item.

Step 5: View linked items and programmes​

Use the linked items panel to explore related programme tasks, checks and companion items that contribute to this lifecycle item.

Step 6: Review documents and references​

Look at the document reference chips and attachments section to see linked documents, superseded references and any related paperwork.

Step 7: Open the ITP lens (if available)​

When an ITP status card is shown, follow the link to open the dedicated ITP lens view for deeper inspection and tracking.
