View and manage an issued public page
Review the status of an issued public page for a lifecycle item and take quick actions such as opening or revoking the link.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open an item with an issued public page
Navigate to the item detail view for a lifecycle item that has an external page issued (for example, a RAMS upload request or an RFI answer request). The banner appears at the top of the page, showing the external page status and key information.

Step 2: Review the external page status and recipient
In the banner, check the heading to confirm the page type ("External upload page" for RAMS or "Answer request page" for RFI). Review who the page was sent or requested from, or see that it is still awaiting a recipient, along with any received submission or answer count.

Step 3: Check deadline and activity information
Use the deadline and status text in the banner to understand whether the external page is still active, nearing its deadline, or past due. This helps you decide whether you need to follow up with the recipient or issue further actions.

Step 4: Open the live public page
Select the Open action in the banner to launch the current public page in a new browser tab, using the latest live share URL so you can see exactly what the recipient sees.

Step 5: Revoke the public page link
If you need to prevent further access, select the Revoke action in the banner. This invalidates the current public page link so recipients can no longer view or submit through it.
