Manage workspace items on the board and move them between stages
View workspace items in a board layout, inspect their details, and move them between lifecycle stages with optional transition comments.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the board view of your workspace items
Navigate to the board view in your workspace to see all items grouped into columns by their current status or lifecycle stage.

Step 2: Review items and their key details in each column
In each status column, review the cards showing item type, title, priority, status badge, due date, and assignee so you can quickly understand what needs attention.

Step 3: Select an item to view or edit more details
Click an item card to focus on it; this may open a detailed panel or page where you can see full information and make further updates.

Step 4: Open the stage menu for an item
On the selected item card, click the More options icon to open the stage menu and see the available lifecycle stages you can move the item to.

Step 5: Choose a new lifecycle stage for the item
From the stage menu, select the target stage; any configured transition rules are applied and a confirmation dialog may appear if comments or confirmation are required.

Step 6: Confirm the stage transition and add a comment if needed
In the stage transition dialog, review the change, optionally enter a comment about why you are moving the item, and confirm to update the item’s stage.

Step 7: Verify the item appears in the new column
After confirming, check that the item card has moved to the appropriate column and that its status or stage indicator now reflects the new lifecycle stage.
