Manage inspection evidence and sign-off on ITP checklist items
Use the ITP checklist to upload inspection photos, record witnesses, and sign off items with a complete evidence trail.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the ITP checklist for a component
From the relevant package or component, open its ITP checklist to view all inspection items, their current status, and any evidence requirements such as mandatory photos or witness sign-off.

Step 2: Review evidence requirements for an item
Select an inspection item to see whether photos are required, how many are needed, and whether a witness is needed to clear a hold point before you can mark the item as passed or failed.

Step 3: Attach photo evidence to an inspection item
Upload or select the required photos for the inspection item until you meet or exceed the minimum number of photos, ensuring the item is eligible for pass or fail status.

Step 4: Select witnesses to clear a hold point
When an item is on hold, use the witness picker to select project members as witnesses and, if necessary, add an external witness name so the system can record who observed the inspection.

Step 5: Confirm and submit hold-point clearance
Submit the hold-point clearance so that the selected witnesses are recorded against the item and the checklist updates to show that the hold has been cleared.

Step 6: Mark the inspection item as passed or failed
Once photo and witness requirements are satisfied, set the item to Pass or Fail and save your decision so that the status and linked evidence are stored against the ITP record.

Step 7: View linked inspection record or form instance
Use the View Record link on completed items to open the detailed form instance, review the full inspection record, and confirm that the evidence and witness details are correct.
