Review lifecycle item details
Use the lifecycle detail surface to review key metadata, status and linked items for any workspace item.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the lifecycle item detail view
Navigate to the workspace area and select a lifecycle item to open its detail surface, showing its summary, priority and key fields at the top.

Step 2: Check current stage and SLA status
Review the stage chip and any SLA indicators to understand where the item is in its lifecycle and whether any deadlines are at risk.

Step 3: Review core metadata fields
Scan the main metadata section to see structured information such as tags, responsible users, dates and programme task identifiers, formatted consistently from the lifecycle configuration.

Step 4: Inspect assessment breakdown
Open the assessment breakdown panel to see scores for individual assessment fields, including maximum scores and how the overall assessment has been derived.

Step 5: View ITP status and open ITP lens
Use the ITP status card to see inspection and test plan information for the item and follow the link to open the full ITP lens view in a dedicated page when needed.

Step 6: Explore linked items and related records
Use the linked items panel to browse related workspace items, documents and programme tasks, navigating into any that require further review or action.

Step 7: Review scheduled dates and SLA state
Check key dates, such as due dates and timestamps, along with any SLA state indicators to understand deadlines and performance against targets.

Step 8: Open external links and related resources
Use any available link icons or external link actions to open connected resources, such as documents, messages or external systems, in a new view.
