Monitor and manage RAMS operative acceptances

Review who has signed off RAMS, identify blocked operatives, and trigger re-acceptance when RAMS content changes.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the RAMS item and switch to the Acceptances tab​

In the RAMS detail view, select the Acceptances tab to open the operative acceptance register for the chosen RAMS item. The tab shows a count of acceptance records once loaded.

Step 2: Review the acceptance summary and alerts​

At the top of the tab, read the explanatory text and check for alerts. An amber banner appears if any operatives must re-accept updated RAMS content, and a red safety alert appears if any operative has reported something stopping them from working safely.

Step 3: Inspect individual operative acceptance records​

Scroll through the register to see one row per operative showing their name, acceptance status badge (current, superseded, or unknown), and a relative timestamp indicating when they last signed off the RAMS.

Step 4: Expand blocked or detailed entries​

For operatives who have indicated they are blocked, expand their rows to view pinned details, including any free-text reason they provided about what is stopping them, without leaving the tab.

Step 5: Act on re-acceptance required warnings​

When the amber banner indicates re-acceptance is required, use its action to re-issue the RAMS sign-off form so affected operatives can re-sign the updated RAMS content.

Step 6: Share the RAMS sign-off via QR code​

Use the share controls in the header to open the QR code view. Display or download the QR code so operatives can scan it on site to access and complete their RAMS acceptance form.

Step 7: View the sign-off poster dialog​

Open the RAMS sign-off poster dialog to generate a printable poster that includes the QR code and key RAMS details, suitable for displaying on site for quick operative access.

Step 8: Check the register on mobile devices​

On a phone or small tablet, review the same acceptance information in stacked card format, ensuring you can still see alerts, statuses, and operative details without horizontal scrolling.
