Filter workspace items by category, assignee, status, and priority
Use the filter bar to narrow down workspace items by category, assigned team member, status, and priority so you can focus on the most relevant work.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the filter bar
Locate the filter bar at the top of the workspace list; it displays filter buttons such as Category, Assignee, Status, and Priority, each showing how many filters are currently applied.

Step 2: Choose a filter type
Select one of the filter buttons (for example, Status or Priority) to open its dropdown and view the available options.

Step 3: Search within a filter (where available)
In dropdowns that support search (such as Assignee), type part of a name or label into the search box to quickly narrow the list of options.

Step 4: Select one or more filter options
Click an option in the dropdown to toggle it on or off; selected options show a tick, and multiple options can be active at the same time for each filter type.

Step 5: Review active filters
Check the filter badges and counts in the filter bar to see which filters are currently applied to the workspace items.

Step 6: Clear individual filters
Reopen any filter dropdown and deselect its options to remove those filters and immediately update the visible workspace items.

Step 7: Close filter dropdowns
Click anywhere outside an open dropdown to close it; your current selections remain applied to the workspace items.
