Review component details, lifecycle and linked documents
Use the Component Details tabs to review key information, lifecycle status, ITP checklist and linked documents for a specific project component.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the component detail view
From your project workspace, select the relevant component to open its detail view, where the tabbed interface for that item is displayed.

Step 2: Review the Overview tab
Use the default overview tab to see the component’s core metadata, including title, reference, package information, tags and current lifecycle state.

Step 3: Check lifecycle status and key dates
In the lifecycle section, review formatted metadata such as status, important milestones and dates to understand where the component sits in the project process.

Step 4: View responsible people and related packages
Use the member and package details shown on the tabs to confirm who is responsible for the component and how it relates to its parent package.

Step 5: Open the ITP record for the component
Select the ITP-related tab or action to open the dedicated ITP record for the component; the system resolves and loads the single source-of-truth ITP workspace item.

Step 6: Work through the ITP checklist
In the ITP checklist view, review and update inspection and test points to ensure the component meets project quality and compliance requirements.

Step 7: Review linked documents
Open the Documents tab to see all documents currently linked to the component, such as drawings, specifications and certificates, using the linked documents section.

Step 8: Navigate to a linked document
Select a document from the list to navigate directly to its detailed view in a new or existing document page, using the document navigation action.

Step 9: Refresh and confirm linked documents
Return to the component tabs to confirm that the displayed list of linked documents reflects the latest saved state from the workspace item.
