View and navigate linked items on a workspace item
Use the linked items panel to see related packages, tasks, permits and documents, and navigate directly to each item.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a workspace item
Navigate to the relevant workspace item so its details page is open and the linked items panel is visible.

Step 2: Review grouped linked items
In the linked items panel, review each group showing related packages, temporary works, programme tasks, permits, documents and any superseded item, along with item counts.

Step 3: Navigate to a linked item
Select a chip within any group to open the full details page for that linked package, task, permit or document in the workspace.

Step 4: Understand required versus issued permits
Use the separate "Required" and "Issued" permit groups to distinguish which permits are needed for the activity and which have already been issued.

Step 5: Use empty groups to plan further linking
When a group is empty, use the inline "Link / Add" affordance (where available) to identify that further related items may need to be created or linked.
