Unlink a programme activity from a workspace item

Remove an existing programme activity link from a specific workspace item without changing other programme associations.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the workspace item details​

Navigate to the workspace item detail page for the item you want to update, using your usual project and item navigation.

Step 2: Locate the linked programme activity​

In the item details view, find the programme section and identify the programme activity chip you want to remove.

Select the unlink or remove icon on the programme activity chip to start removing the link from this item.

Step 4: Confirm the item is updated​

Wait for the update to complete and check that the programme activity chip no longer appears for this workspace item.
