Manage ITP templates for a package

Assign and review Inspection Test Plan (ITP) templates and RAMS coverage for a specific work package.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the RAMS & ITP tab for your package​

Navigate to the package details page and open the RAMS & ITP tab to view inspection coverage and related metrics for the selected package.

Step 2: Review ITP rollup metrics​

Check the rollup panel to see total components, how many have ITPs assigned, and the status of inspection items including completed, passed, failed, and pending counts.

Step 3: Review RAMS items linked to the package​

Scroll through the RAMS list to understand which risk assessments and method statements are associated with this package and confirm that coverage is complete.

Step 4: Open the ITP template picker​

Use the template picker control to start assigning an ITP template, opening the selector to browse available templates for this package.

Step 5: Select an ITP template to assign​

Choose the appropriate ITP template from the picker, such as a concrete pour ITP, so that it is linked to the current package for inspection tracking.

Step 6: Confirm and apply the ITP assignment​

Confirm the selected template so the system saves the assignment and updates the rollup metrics and coverage status for the package.
