Review ITP progress for a component

Use the ITP Progress Summary to quickly understand how many inspection and test items are pending, passed, failed, and the overall completion percentage.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Locate the ITP Progress Summary panel​

Navigate to the component or work package view where inspections are tracked and scroll until you see the ITP Progress Summary card showing a progress bar and status tiles.

Step 2: Check overall ITP completion percentage​

Look at the percentage label and coloured progress bar at the top of the card to see how much of the ITP checklist has been completed for this component.

Step 3: Review pending, passed, and failed item counts​

Examine the Pending, Passed, and Failed tiles to understand how many items are waiting for action, completed successfully, or require attention due to failure.

Step 4: Use the compact progress indicator in lists​

When viewing a list of components, refer to the compact progress bar and passed/total count next to each component to compare ITP progress across multiple items at a glance.
