View package details by switching between tabs

Use the package detail tabs to review different aspects of a package, including components, programme, RAMS & ITP, procurement, quality, documents and activity.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open a package from your workspace

From your workspace or project view, select the relevant package (for example "Steel Frame") to open its detail page.

Step 2: Review the Overview tab

On the package detail page, start in the Overview tab to see the host-provided lifecycle overview for the selected package.

Step 3: Check the completion and components

Use the completion bar and open the Components tab to review the list of components included in the package.

Switch to the Programme tab to see how the package is linked to programme tasks and confirm the correct tasks are associated.

Step 5: Review RAMS & ITP requirements

Open the "RAMS & ITP" tab to view risk assessments, method statements and inspection and test plan information related to the package.

Step 6: Check procurement information

Go to the Procurement tab to review procurement-related information for the package, such as status and linked procurement activities.

Open the Quality tab to check any quality records, checks or requirements associated with the package.

Use the Documents tab to view linked documents, and the Activity tab to review recent actions and updates related to the package.
