Manage inbound handover submissions
Review inbound handover document submissions from contractors and confirm when all required items have been provided.
Audience
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the inbound submissions tab
Navigate to the handover record and open the Inbound submissions tab to see the list of required items and their current status.

Step 2: Check for required items
Review the list of required items; if there are none yet, you will see a message stating that there are no required items to review.

Step 3: Review submitted documents
For each submitted item, review the attached files, including filename and size, and confirm details such as who submitted the document and when.

Step 4: Accept, reject, or request resubmission
For each item, choose to accept the submission, reject it, or request a resubmission so that contractors can provide corrected or updated documents.
