Issue RAMS operative sign-off form for an item
Use the RAMS operative sign-off dialog to issue or re-issue an operative sign-off form for a specific RAMS item, and share it with operatives.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the RAMS operative sign-off dialog
From the relevant RAMS item, choose the option to manage the operative sign-off form; the RAMS operative sign-off dialog opens showing the RAMS title and reference so you can confirm you are issuing the form for the correct item.

Step 2: Review current sign-off status
Check the dialog message indicating whether there is already an active operative sign-off linked to this RAMS item, so you understand if you are issuing a new form or re-issuing an existing one.

Step 3: Issue or re-issue the operative sign-off form
Select the button to issue the RAMS operative sign-off form; the dialog sends a request to the RAMS acceptances service and shows a loading spinner while the form is being generated.

Step 4: Handle any issue with issuing the form
If there is a problem issuing the form, such as a missing or expired authentication token, read the error banner displayed inside the dialog and retry once the underlying access issue has been resolved.

Step 5: Share the issued form with operatives
Once the form has been successfully issued, use the on-screen options such as the QR code display or external link actions to share the operative sign-off form with the relevant operatives on site.

Step 6: Confirm and close the dialog
After you have copied or shared the link or QR code with operatives, close the dialog to return to the RAMS item view, where the new issuance is now associated with the item.
