Filter workspace items
Use the filter panel to narrow down workspace items by type, assignee, status, and priority so you can focus on what matters most.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the filter panel
Open the filter panel from your workspace (for example by selecting a Filter button or icon) to display the filtering options in a dialog.

Step 2: Choose item types to include
In the filter dialog, tick or untick the checkboxes for item types such as tasks, deadlines, milestones, and meetings to include only those types in your view.

Step 3: Filter by assignee
In the assignee section, tick the checkboxes for the team members whose items you want to see; untick anyone you want to exclude.

Step 4: Filter by status
In the status section, use the checkboxes (for example, Not Started, In Progress, Completed) to show only items with the selected statuses.

Step 5: Filter by priority
In the priority section, select one or more options such as High, Medium, or Low to focus on items with those priority levels.

Step 6: Apply your filters
Select the Apply button to confirm your choices; the dialog closes and your workspace list updates to show only items that match the selected filters.

Step 7: Reset and clear all filters
If you want to return to the full list, open the filter dialog again and select the Reset option; all filter selections are cleared and the dialog closes, showing all items.
