Filter workspace items by type, assignee, status and priority
Use the filter bar to quickly narrow down workspace items by category, assignee, status, and priority so you can focus on the most relevant work.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the filter bar
Locate the filter bar at the top of the workspace items list; it displays filter buttons for Category, Assignee, Status, and Priority, along with any currently applied filters as badges.

Step 2: Open a filter dropdown
Click on a filter button, such as Status or Priority, to open its dropdown panel and view all available options for that filter type.

Step 3: Search within a filter (where available)
In dropdowns that support search, start typing into the search box at the top of the panel to instantly narrow the list of filter options shown.

Step 4: Select or clear filter options
Click an option in the dropdown to toggle it on or off; selected options are highlighted and a tick icon appears, and you can select multiple values for the same filter.

Step 5: Review applied filters
After closing the dropdown, check the badges and indicators in the filter bar to confirm which categories, statuses, priorities, and assignees are currently applied.

Step 6: See filtered workspace items
Review the workspace items list below the filter bar; it automatically updates to show only the items that match the filters you have selected.

Step 7: Adjust or remove filters
Reopen any filter dropdown to change your selections, or deselect all options in a filter to remove that filter and return to a broader list of items.
