View workspace item lifecycle details
Review the lifecycle stage and detailed information for a selected workspace item.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the workspace item detail view
From your workspace list, select the item you want to review to open its detail view in a new panel or page.
Step 2: Review the lifecycle summary surface
At the top of the detail view, review the lifecycle summary surface to see the current stage, key dates, and overall status of the item.
Step 3: Navigate to RAMS details
Use the RAMS tab to view risk assessments and method statements linked to the selected item, including any associated documentation or notes.
Step 4: Navigate to package details
Switch to the Packages tab to review package-specific information for the item, such as scope, status, and related records.
Step 5: Navigate to handover details
Open the Handover tab to check the handover lifecycle, including readiness, outstanding actions, and handover-related metadata.
Step 6: Navigate to plant details
Select the Plant tab to view plant-related details tied to the item, including equipment records and administrative information.
Step 7: Navigate to ITP details
Use the ITP tab to inspect inspection and test plan details, verifying that required checks and tests are aligned with the lifecycle stage.
