View linked items when nothing is linked

Use the linked items panel to understand how empty linked-item groups are displayed without losing important compliance meanings.

Steps

Step 1: Open a RAMS record with no linked items

Navigate to the RAMS record that has no tasks, forms, reports, permits or documents linked so you can review how its linked items panel appears when empty.

Step 2: Locate the linked items panel on the RAMS page

Scroll to the section beneath the reviewer decision and above the timeline to find the linked items panel that summarises related packages, temporary works, permits and documents.

Step 3: Review collapsed rows for empty linked-item groups

Confirm that each group with no linked items is shown as a single collapsed row instead of a tall empty card, helping you see at a glance that nothing is linked without excessive scrolling.

Step 4: Distinguish compliance-specific messages

Check that compliance-related messages such as "No permits required" and "None issued yet" remain visible and clearly distinct from the generic "Nothing linked" rows.

Step 5: Navigate to other areas from the RAMS record

Use the usual navigation controls on the RAMS page to move to other records, timelines or project views once you have confirmed the state of the linked items.
