View a workspace item’s lifecycle stage

See the current lifecycle stage for any workspace item directly at the top of its detail view.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the workspace item detail view​

Navigate to the workspace area and select the relevant item to open its detail view.

Step 2: Check the lifecycle stage above the fold​

At the top of the detail view, review the stage chip that shows the item’s current lifecycle stage without scrolling.

Step 3: Confirm the stage matches the item’s lifecycle configuration​

Compare the stage chip with the item’s lifecycle or status information in the body to confirm they show the same stage.

Step 4: Identify where the stage chip is shown​

For configured lifecycle items, read the stage from the sticky status bar; for generic or unconfigured items, read it from the header badge.
