Manage workspace table columns
Use the column picker to choose which columns are shown in your workspace table so you can focus on the information that matters most.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the column picker
Select the settings icon (usually a cog) at the top of the workspace table to open the column picker dropdown.

Step 2: Review available columns
In the dropdown, browse the list of available columns such as Selection, Reference, Title, Category, Status, Priority, Assignee, Due Date, and others like Stage, Phase, Progress, SLA, Last Activity, Direction, Recipient, Impact and Actions.

Step 3: Show or hide standard columns
Turn standard columns on or off by selecting or clearing them in the list; columns you select will appear in the table, and cleared columns will be hidden.

Step 4: Configure handover-specific columns
When working with handover items, optionally enable Direction and Recipient from the picker to add or remove these handover-specific columns from the table view.

Step 5: Configure RFI-specific columns
When working with RFIs, use the picker to include or exclude the Impact column so you can see RFI impact directly in the table.

Step 6: Close the column picker
Click outside the dropdown or the settings icon again to close the picker and continue working with your updated table layout.
