Understand the issued page status banner
Learn how to read the issued page banner so you can see the live status and wording for RAMS and RFI pages.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: View the issued page banner on a RAMS page
Open a RAMS-issued page and look at the banner at the top of the page to see the current live status and key details for the request.

Step 2: Check how the banner tracks the live page
Confirm that the banner reflects the latest live version of the page, either from the last submitted version or from the list of public pages when the pointer is not available.

Step 3: Review RAMS-specific wording in the banner
Read the banner text to understand the RAMS-specific wording, which explains what has been issued and how it relates to the recipient and project.

Step 4: View the issued page banner on an RFI page
Open an issued RFI page and check the banner to see the live status, ensuring it resolves to the active RFI page in the same way as RAMS pages.

Step 5: Understand answer-request wording for RFIs
In the RFI banner, review the answer-request wording so you can see clearly what information has been requested from the recipient.
