View workspace item lifecycle details
Use the workspace item detail view to open an item and see which lifecycle shell or detail tabs are used to display its information.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a workspace item from the list
In the workspace list, select the item you want to inspect to open its detail view in the workspace item detail screen.
Step 2: Review the lifecycle detail surface
In the opened item, review the main lifecycle detail surface, which shows the item’s current lifecycle stage and related information.
Step 3: Check RAMS details
If RAMS information is available for this item, switch to the RAMS shell to view risk assessments and method statements related to the item.
Step 4: Check package details
Use the Packages shell to review package-specific details for the selected workspace item, such as associated work packages or grouped activities.
Step 5: Check handover details
Open the Handover shell to view handover-related information, including any data required for transferring responsibility at different lifecycle stages.
Step 6: Check plant details
Select the Plant shell to see plant-related information for the item, such as associated equipment, records, or tracking data.
Step 7: Check ITP details
Use the ITP shell to access inspection and test plan views for the workspace item, enabling you to confirm required inspections and tests.
