View and navigate linked items in a workspace item
Use the linked items panel to see all related packages, permits, programme tasks, temporary works, documents and superseded items, and navigate to their details.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a workspace item
Navigate to the workspace item detail view from your workspace list so you can see the full record, including its linked items panel.

Step 2: Review grouped linked items
In the linked items panel, review each group of related records such as packages, temporary works, programme tasks, required permits, issued permits, documents and any superseded item, including the item counts and labels.

Step 3: Navigate to a linked item
Select a chip or linked label within a group to open the detailed page for that related package, permit, programme task, temporary works item, document or superseded item in the appropriate section of the application.

Step 4: Check required vs issued permits
Use the separate "Required" and "Issued" permit groups to verify which permits a RAMS author has specified as needed and which permit forms have actually been issued, ensuring that requirements are not mistaken for completed work.

Step 5: Use inline link or add actions
When a group is empty or allows additional items, use the inline "Link" or "Add" call-to-action shown under that group (where available) to start the process of linking or raising further related items from this workspace item.
