View RAMS acceptance status for an operative
Understand whether an operative’s RAMS acceptance is current, needs re-acceptance, or cannot be verified.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the operative’s RAMS details
Navigate to the relevant operative’s record and open the section that shows their RAMS acceptance information.

Step 2: Locate the RAMS acceptance status badge
Find the coloured status badge (pill) next to the operative’s RAMS acceptance, indicating their current acceptance state.

Step 3: Interpret a "Current" status
When the badge shows "Current" in green, the operative has signed the latest version of the RAMS and no further action is required.

Step 4: Interpret a "Re-acceptance required" status
When the badge shows "Re-acceptance required" in amber, the operative has signed an older version of the RAMS and you should arrange for them to re-accept the latest version.

Step 5: Interpret a "Version not recorded" status
When the badge shows "Version not recorded" in grey, the operative’s sign-off cannot be linked to a specific RAMS version, so you should treat their acceptance as unverified and follow your organisation’s re-acceptance process.
