Manage workspace saved views

Save, reuse, and manage customised workspace views so you can quickly switch between different filter and layout configurations.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the saved views panel

In the workspace header, open the saved views area to see all available built-in and personal views for the current project.

Step 2: Apply an existing saved view

Select a saved view from the list to instantly load its filters, sort order, view mode, and visible columns into the workspace.

Step 3: Mark a view as a favourite

Click the star icon on a saved view to toggle it as a favourite so it is easier to spot and access in the list.

Step 4: Save your current configuration as a new view

With your preferred filters, sort order, view mode, and columns set, click the add or save control to create a new personal saved view.

Step 5: Rename an existing saved view

Use the edit control on a personal view to update its name so it more clearly describes what it shows.

Step 6: Delete a personal saved view

Use the delete control on a personal view to remove it from the list when it is no longer needed.
