Use the notification toast to quickly see and open recent workspace updates without leaving your current page.

Steps​

Step 1: Notice a new workspace notification​

When something important happens in your workspace, a small notification toast appears on screen showing a brief message about the update.

Step 2: Read the notification details​

Review the text in the toast to understand what changed, such as a new item added to the workspace or an update that needs your attention.

Click on the notification toast to open the relevant workspace page or item in the app and review the full details of the update.

Step 4: Dismiss the notification​

If you do not need to follow up, close the toast (or wait for it to disappear automatically) and continue working without interruption.
