On the item detail view, locate the pinned Safety actions banner, which highlights any outstanding requirements that must be completed before sign-off.

Review any nearby permits and linked forms associated with the RAMS item to ensure all related documentation is in place and correctly referenced.

Step 4: Trigger the operative sign-off action​

Use the operative sign-off call-to-action to confirm that the operative has reviewed and accepted the RAMS safety actions for this workspace item.

Step 5: Review and respond to any sign-off errors​

If an error dialog appears while signing off (for example, due to incomplete actions or missing information), follow the on-screen message to correct the issue and then attempt sign-off again.
