View and manage a QR code

View a generated QR code, download it as an image, and copy its public link for sharing.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the QR code view​

Navigate to the section of the application where your QR code is displayed. The QR code image appears in the centre of the panel, sized according to the settings chosen for this item.

Step 2: Download the QR code image​

Select the Download button beneath the QR code to save it as a PNG file to your device. Once the download starts successfully, a confirmation message appears; if the download fails, an error message is shown instead.

Select the Copy link button to copy the QR code’s public URL to your clipboard so you can paste it into emails, documents, or messages. A confirmation message appears when the link has been copied; if copying fails, an error message is shown.

Step 4: Respond to QR code display issues​

If the QR code image cannot be loaded, the panel shows an error state instead of the QR code, indicating that the image is unavailable. At this point you may need to refresh the page or regenerate the QR code from its source feature.
