Review form submissions for a project

View and filter form submissions for a specific project by choosing a form template and browsing the submissions table.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the form submissions tab

Navigate to your project and open the tab or section labelled “Form submissions” to see the submissions overview for that project.

Step 2: Select a form template

Use the template dropdown at the top of the tab to choose which form’s submissions you want to review; the system will automatically load available templates and default to the first one when possible.

Step 3: Load and review submissions

After selecting a template, wait for the submissions table to load; review the listed submissions, including their key details, in the table view.

Step 4: Handle missing versions or errors

If no versions exist for the selected template, note the on-screen message indicating that no submissions are available; if an error occurs, read the error notice and refresh or adjust your selection as needed.

Step 5: Refresh or change page of submissions

Use the refresh button to reload the latest data, and use the pagination controls (such as next/previous page) to move through submissions in batches of up to 50 records per page.
